ABOUT
Eagle Point Institutional Income Fund is a continuously offered credit solution that delivers Eagle Point’s institutional-caliber investment platform to income-seeking investors. The Fund seeks to generate high current income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized by a portfolio of U.S. floating rate senior secured corporate loans. The Fund is managed by Eagle Point Credit Management, an investment advisor established in 2012 with $8.2 billion in AUM (as of June 30, 2023 and includes affiliates and undrawn capital commitments).
