Carl Blain is a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Carl Blain earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Trust and Wealth Management with a minor is Financial Planning from Campbell University. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Roseman University and Masters of Science in Taxation degree from William Howard Taft University. Carl Blain is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificant awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation which is sponsored by the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers. Carl is also a member of the the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council.
