Anne Catillaz has led an impressive career as a leader at Sage Rutty & Co. for  20 of her 30 plus years in the industry.  In 2014, she earned the title of Vice President.

Serving as the Vice President and managing all Operations, Anne plays a major role in Coaching and Development, Strategic Planning and Project Management. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped Sage Rutty improve implementation and execution, filtering throughout strong teams.

Anne believes being challenged in a confidential group can help vet solutions and lead to better decisions overall.  She has spent the last 12 years developing herself as a founding member of her Vistage Group, an executive coaching and peer advisory group for business leaders.  Anne’s very passionate about corporate culture, having led the company’s charge resulting in rankings on Fortune’s “Best Companies to Work For” list for 3 consecutive years.
