Jesse uses his passion and creativity to develop unique and powerful business growth strategies for retirement plan advisors, broker dealers and RIAs. Jesse strives to help retirement advisors and institutions grow their businesses and deliver enhanced outcomes to employers and employees.

As the Vice President of Business Development for RPAG, and its affiliated brands, Jesse leads sales, marketing, user experience, technology innovation, and corporate strategy. Through one-on-one consultation, group workshops, and virtual events, Jesse’s mission is to be indispensable to his customers.

After joining RPAG in 2010, Jesse spent a decade as the firm’s Marketing Director. In 2020, Jesse transitioned to lead all sales efforts for the firm. During the 2020 Pandemic, Jesse’s marketing expertise and creative thinking helped the firm transform its services and deliver tremendous value when clients needed it most.

While many people learn about the retirement consulting industry in college or beyond, it was everyday talk at the Taylor household. Jesse’s father, sisters and brothers-in-law all work in the retirement and financial services industry. The retirement industry is firmly ingrained in his DNA.

Jesse played Division 1 football at Washington State, and rugby for the USA Falcons. He supports Inner City Education Foundation High School Rugby and Canine Companions for Independence Veterans Initiative. Outside of work, Jesse, his wife, two young children, and golden retriever enjoy the local beaches, mountains and rich culinary culture of Southern California.
